A booking, appearance, or event confirmation.

Any specific outcome or opportunity.
All representation and booking arrangements, if any, are subject to separate written agreements between Vyne and the relevant parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photos, audio/video materials, and designs, is owned by Vyne or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent or the consent of the applicable rights holder.
7. User Content and Submissions
If you submit any information, materials, or content to us through the Site (including demos, EPKs, press materials, or inquiries):

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
